A commercial space shows daily wear and neglected deep cleaning: dull, streaked floors with footprints, scuffs, dried spills in high-traffic areas; matted, stained carpets with debris along baseboards; dust in corners and darkened grout. Desks, counters, and communal surfaces are dusty with fingerprints, coffee rings, and scattered items; breakroom surfaces have spills and sticky residue. Restrooms show water spots, soap scum, mineral deposits, streaked mirrors, and overflowing trash. Windows and glass are hazy with smudges.
